I never thought I’d be the one mentoring others on how to process their emotions!
I was in my late 40’s when I understood what Emotional Regulation and effective self-coaching is because I had grown up with a parent who had no idea what it was either. I was in my early 50’s when I figured out how to simplify it for others to learn, understand, apply and reflect on it effectively. My process is unique, straightforward and accessible to all. No fluff, no woo, a few analogies and metaphors, plain English, and just treating it like the skill it is.
To say I had a bumpy childhood and marriage would be putting things mildly, so I understand how much our past and our ability to process it in a helpful and healthy way affects our own triggers, behaviour, parenting, business, relationships and decisions in the present. It also took a lot of effort to be the change I needed to be, and in doing so, my life, relationships, business and parenting became so much easier. I went from being a nice kid to a conflicted, roller coaster of emotional dis-regulation adult to just be-ing. And I know you can too, wherever you are on your own roller coaster.
Learning how to understand the past, process the present and set yourself up to respond in the future instead of reacting based only on what you’ve learned in life so far can profoundly transform your relationships, especially with yourself. And it can happen quickly. For some people, their transformation begins in the consultation! Don’t worry, there are no expectations!
My mentoring programs are slightly different to typical life coaching in that it’s more like sports coaching:
First, we look at where you are and where you want to be.
Then, we review the basics. That’s the BE Elements and the RAMPIT Framework, so we both know the tools you’ll be using to understand your emotions, triggers, behaviour and implementation in real life. Without these basics, I can’t mentor or coach you effectively, as we may be using different tools and terminology trying to achieve the same results, and it will take a lot longer to connect and see results!
From there, we figure out how to get you to where you want to be by helping you understand how to apply the frameworks in the situations that you struggle with, are triggered by, and find yourself unable to process effectively.
I will ask tough questions. I will be blunt and stop you when you get off track.
I will also create a safe space for you to release the emotions that will come up when it all clicks. Crying is allowed, for ladies too!
This is not therapy, or an opportunity to blame everyone else and stay in the “affected” role and expect things to change. I’ll assume you’ve read the “be” book at a minimum (if you haven’t yet, that is a prerequisite to working with me. All new clients get access to 4 of my books and the overview videos) so you will understand when I say this:
My goal is to help you be more conscious when in the Alone sector of the Triangle of Be-ing, to help you become a helpful affector in your own life and others, and be able to regulate the affected sector in a way that it becomes enjoyable and non-disruptive.
You will also set clear exercises and outcomes to work on.
To work with me:
We start with a powerful consultation. The investment is £200 for up to 60 minutes. We may go over it if I feel it’s needed. The session is part listening, part training, and part mentoring/coaching, and you will leave with a new perspective or two that you can start implementing on the day.
From there, we decide if we’re a good fit and if you want to continue with either
- a structured 8-week program covering different life areas
- a general coaching package for 3, 6 or 12 months.
- or an invitation to a group coaching program
I don’t offer drop-in hourly sessions at the moment.
If you don’t feel safe, don’t feel I can add a helpful perspective on your challenge areas, or don’t feel that I believe you can achieve the outcome you desire, you can take what you can from the consultation and never talk to me again.
If, however, you do feel that there is a connection, I can help you and support you in your transformation (it really is a transformation, and I’m not a woo-woo type of person!), then you can ask what the ongoing coaching options are.

The initial consultation can be with both partners if you want help as a couple as there will not be questions asking what the other person does. It is always about self-reflection.
The 8 week Program
The 8-week program is self-guided and includes coaching. You will receive access to all my training and a guide on how to apply it to your life areas, or what I call the FLOWS areas of life: your friendships, your Life health, your Own Growth, your Work/ wealth, and your Self.
Specific topics and tasks will be covered each week, and we will check in with questions and a mini-coaching session lasting up to 30 minutes each week to clarify points or discuss your development.
The investment for this is $1995 as a one-time payment or $999.00 x 2 split pay. This is the only program where I charge more for the split pay.
With this program, you’ll have direct access to me for 8 weeks from the date of registration. This dedicated period ensures that you receive the full benefits of the program. Please note that there are no rollovers or extensions, so you can fully commit to your personal growth journey.

WHO DO I WORK WITH
I work with professionals, working couples and parents who find themselves reacting to situations at work, home and with their family, and want to do better. Packages and coaching sessions are always for both partners in the relationship, so you can use the coaching sessions as individual coaching sessions. Remember, this is not therapy; it is self-coaching, so sessions are always one of you with me, not both at the same time.

FAQs and Terms
In keeping with being transparent, I only have a few terms:
1: All sales are final; split pay agreements are a contract and collectable in full. You agree to this on registration.
2: There are no refunds. I will show up for our sessions unless there is an emergency. I expect the same of you. If you forget, you forfeit the session. If you are late, you will have the remainder of the scheduled session. Communicate and this will not be a concern.
3: This work can be challenging at times and you will be asked to reflect on what you believe is helpful behaviour. As a coach it is my job to challenge you, push you and help you make the breakthroughs you are not or have not experienced on your own. I do not relish making you uncomfortable; however, growth, like muscles, sometimes comes from pushing you beyond what you believe are your limits. It’s worth it!
4: Do the work. Be open. Be creative. Be ready to ask questions and not hear the answers or affirmations that you expect.
