Recalibration Code BONUS Guided Sessions

Below are the bonus guided sessions

Each Session Overview is recorded if you want to listen to it. It will be the same or similar to the book. Any changes will always be an improvement and eventually make their way into the book. The “After the session” part from each chapter is also recorded and will be under the main guided session below.

1: Agency

SESSION OVERVIEW

This session exists because everything you have built can be used more fully when one more thing is installed alongside it.

Your system has been building something precise: a calibrated response, a pause before meaning is applied, a chosen reply where there used to be an automatic one. That is real and it matters.

And the full version of that includes this: the alarm is always real. Charlie’s noticing is always accurate. Something genuinely shifted. The questions you carry — what type of reaction is this, is it helpful — are tools for choosing the right response. Choosing the right response sometimes means acting with full force. Holding a boundary completely. Removing yourself from a situation cleanly and deliberately. Naming what is present for exactly what it is.

The recalibrated person is someone who has the clarity to know what they are actually dealing with — and the agency to respond to it fully, on their own terms, from the full height of who they are.

A firm boundary held with complete conviction. A room left with deliberate intention. A clear decision taken from full awareness. These are the fullest expression of everything you have been building.

This session installs that. The four questions used in both directions. The identity of someone with genuine agency. And the specific permissions filed in Dai and calibrated in Charlie: to act decisively, to hold firmly, to choose completely, when the situation calls for it.

Come to this session having read this overview fully. The session works with whatever is honestly present.

After The Session

Before you move, write one thing: the specific action that came up in the forward projection. What you saw yourself doing. How it felt from the inside to act from that place. Dai needs the conscious acknowledgement alongside the subconscious installation.

In the days ahead, the practice is simple. When the four questions confirm that a reaction is genuine and proportionate — when the signal is accurate and the response is called for — act. Take the action the questions are pointing at. Let the system work in full.

If you find yourself hesitating at that point — return to this session. The permissions are in the library. The identity is filed. The full version of the system is available.

Return to this session whenever the calibration needs reinforcing in this direction. The complete person — both gentle and clear, both open and boundaried, both responsive and decisive — is who the library now holds.

That is who you are.

2: Morning Session – Getting Ready For The Day

SESSION OVERVIEW

This session is for the transition between sleep and the day. You are already still. The body is rested. The mind is soft. This is the easiest moment of the day to reach a receptive state, and the best moment to prime the system for what is coming.

In 5 minutes, you will settle Charlie, check in with Dai, bring one specific intention for the day into the library, and step forward into the first role the day asks of you. Ready. Present. Yourself.

You do not need to sit up. You do not need to have your eyes open. Stay exactly where you are.

3: Evening Session – Filing The Day

SESSION OVERVIEW

This session is for the transition between the day and sleep. The body is ready to rest. The mind is winding down. This is the moment to give Dai what it needs from today — not an analysis, not a review of everything that happened, but a deliberate filing of what went well, what the recalibrated version of you brought to the day, and what evidence is now in the library that wasn’t there this morning.

In eight minutes, you will settle the day, file what deserves to be filed, release what doesn’t need to travel into sleep, and lay one quiet intention for tomorrow. Then rest.

Find somewhere quiet and comfortable. In bed is ideal. The lights can be low or off. You do not need to stay awake for the whole session — if you drift into sleep during the final section, that is exactly right.
